The CPM Designation is a legally recognized designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management or IREM. Working with a Certified Property Manager means that you are working with a manager that has demonstrated their professional and ethical acumen over several years to peers and industry leaders. Experience is an integral part of receiving this designation and indicates established management experience at a professional level.

Being a licensed Real Estate Brokerage also means that the Broker has maintained an active license issued by the State of Arizona for at least 3 years, taken additional training regulated by the Department of Real Estate and passed a State Issued test.
